CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because each service is one-on-one, a late cancellation is difficult to fill — so I kindly ask for the following: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, through your booking confirmation or by contacting the studio directly. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your service, with the full service fee applied. A card on file is required to book, and is charged only in accordance with this policy.
